We hope you love your self-portrait purchase; however, if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the self-portrait security tag remains attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid returns label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous tracking information.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier at a local drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
